Cannot access project due to billing - need to export data

Hi,

My project is locked because I used 100% of trial credits.

I have important n8n workflows stored in Postgres volume.

I cannot pay because my country’s cards are not accepted.

Is there any way to temporarily unlock or access my data to export it?

This is very important for me.

Project name: insightful-connection

I am unable to log in to download the project, which is a matter of critical importance.

my workflows are stored in the Postgres database, and I need access to export them.

The n8n service is also affected.

I need temporary access to both if possible.

You can downgrade to the free plan @ , just scroll down to the bottom of the page.

I am already on the free plan, but I have used 100% of the credits.

My services are locked and I cannot redeploy anything.

I need temporary access only to export my data.

You will need to wait until your next billing cycle when the credits reset then.

It is not possible to access your services if you have already used all of your free credits. As mentioned above, you wil have to wait for your the next billing cycle or upgrade to a paid plan.

Hi,

I do have funds available, but unfortunately my local bank card is not accepted by your payment system.

I am willing to pay as soon as I have a supported payment method.

For now, I will wait for the next billing cycle, but I am concerned about my data.

Could you please confirm if my data (Postgres volume and n8n workflows) will remain stored and not deleted while my account is locked?

This is very important for me.

Thank you.

As for the free plan, your volume data will remain for 30 days after expiry. https://docs.railway.com/pricing/plans#how-long-does-railway-keep-my-volume-data-if-i-am-no-longer-on-a-paid-plan
