There is a routing issue through the AT&T network and I am unable to reach the railway website. Railway reports no outages

I am unable to reach the 69.46.46.0/24 block from inside AT&T. It dies at 71.149.7.156

We haven't found a fault on the Railway side of this. The rest of what's involved is your machine, your network, and the client tooling, and that's where this most likely stalls, so getting to the bottom of it means someone hands-on with a setup like yours.

That's exactly what the Railway community is good at, so we'd like to open your thread as a community bounty. Railway pays a bounty to the community member who solves it, and threads like this usually get picked up quickly.

Opening it makes this entire thread public, including everything already posted. Nothing becomes public until you decide. Use the buttons below.

  • Open to the community - Before you click, take a moment to edit or remove anything you'd rather not share. The thread becomes publicly visible right away.
  • Keep it private and close the thread - Nothing becomes public and the thread closes.

If it's only not available from that network, try to use a VPN, or a different network to access it

Try using a VPN or 1.1.1.1 as DNS.

Yes, thank you, using https://one.one.one.one/ or changing DNS to 1.1.1.1 serves as a workaround. Is this something that Railway can improve resilience to? 69.46.46.0/24 has only one upstream, and Railway's other blocks have 3-4.

Unfortunately, it seems like the ISP's DNS is preventing you from resolving Railway's IP. Railway can't do anything about this, and you'll need to use a VPN or a custom DNS server to work around this issue.
