I added a www custom domain to a Railway service. Railway has successfully detected the CNAME record, but the TXT verification record continues to show as pending.

My DNS provider confirmed that the TXT record is configured correctly. A public DNS query for the complete verification hostname returns the exact value provided by Railway.

Could Railway’s verification result be cached or delayed? Is there a way to refresh the verification check or investigate why the publicly resolvable TXT record is not being detected?

I can provide the specific domain and screenshots privately if Railway staff need them for investigation.

Your DNS records are correct. The verification workflow stalled before your TXT record was in place, so it never re-checked once you added it. We've re-triggered certificate issuance, which will re-run verification as well. It should complete within a few minutes.
