When trying to set up a new project via a github repo, I cannot find he right repo even if I already gave it access several times. I do see a repo available but not the one I want.

Make sure you have given the Railway App bot access to the repository you want: GitHub Settings -> Applications -> Railway App -> Configure -> Repository access. After that, go to your Railway account settings and unlink then relink the GitHub integration.
