TCP proxy nozomi.proxy.rlwy.net:42225 times out from outside (psql gives "Connection timeout"). The Data/query view times out after 15 seconds.

Postgres logs show it is ready on 5432 and no incoming connections are logged, even after the 18:33 UTC restart.

No active Railway incidents or maintenance notices.

Still unclear: whether the proxy is stuck or the port changed. I can't see the proxy's internal state, so only Railway can check that.
