railway initreturns “Problem processing request”

CLI version: railway 4.58.0

Issue:
railway init --name saas-normedic-dev --workspace Normedic --json
returns:
- "Problem processing request"
(earlier attempts also returned timeout to https://backboard.railway.com/graphql/v2)
What I already tested:
1. Fresh account
2. Empty/new project
3. Repeated attempts
4. CLI login successful railway whoami works)
Observed inconsistent behavior:
A project was listed once with no environments:
- project id: 95cfd935-aecf-4d18-b69e-42369383b0ee
- environments.edges: []
Expected:
Project should be created normally with default production environment and allow service creation.
Please investigate backend provisioning for this workspace/account.

Your workspace subscription state is showing as inactive despite being a new trial account with $5.00 in credit, which is why railway init is returning "Problem processing request." We're investigating why the subscription didn't activate properly when the workspace was created. In the meantime, you can try creating a project from the dashboard as a workaround while we look into this.
