Cannot delete any projects

Hello,

I cannot delete any of the projects. Even though I enter the project name to validate the delete button stays greyed out and cannot be clicked.

Please advise.

Hi there, you must enter the text "I confirm that I want to delete the project [PROJECT NAME]". You might be missing the text that comes before the project name?

Could you please try that and let us know if you still run into the issue?

Hello, I actually did as usual. The functionality did not work properly and the delete button was still greyed out.

If the button remained greyed out that is indication that the text was not written out correctly.

Hey aymensakk, you have to type I confirm that I want to delete the project <projectName> and not just <projectName> to confirm the deletion.
