Cannot delete old deployment

Hi!

One deployment of one service in my project did not delete when a new revision was built. This deployment now haunts my service. When I delete it, it disappears but on next browser refresh, it's back. The last log entry is "Stopping Container" but that never goes away.

How can I force delete that deployment?

Please provide a project and service id.

Tried deleting the entire service, also stuck at "Applying 1 change"

I can't access the service ID anymore since it is stuck deleting
