cannot deploy new branch after todays dashboard issues.
I choose my new branch in the settings tab as usual.. Then I click deploy to save the changes.
Then the applying changes spinner just goes on forever.
Page refresh then shows the new branch wasnt applied.

I need to apply a bug fix, so this is actually a bit urgent.

Tries hard refreshing page. deleted all site data etc. logged out and back in. Nothing fixes this.

Also railway CLI seems to be down? So cant even deploy through that
