My deploy has been stuck on all of services across my staging environment.
The changes I did:
changed some environment variables
changed the region to eu west (amsterdam) *metal*
changed vcpu-ram allocations for all services.

Hello,
Admittedly, the EU West Metal region option was not supposed to make it to GA just yet, we have since removed that option to choose that region, so please go ahead and remove the EU West Metal instance from within your region settings.
Edit, I've gone ahead and reverted all the region changes and kicked off deploys for you, all services in the staging environment are back online.
