Cannot get file from CDN due to net::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

My site suddenly can not get file from cdn like https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/chart.js. I do some fixes like clear caches and cookies but didn't work. Please help!

I'm also not getting an error on that page, there is something wrong with your computer, local certs invalid or your date is wrong.

I did sync date & time, clear caches and cookies. Computers on my company and at home also get this error. Could you tell me how to fix "local certs invalid"?

I'm sorry but this issue is not with Railway as the assets you are trying to load are not hosted by Railway.

Trouble shooting your local network issues would be out of the scope of these help threads.
