Every time I create a new service and then attach a volume the service moves to a different region which DOES NOT MATCH the region of either the volume or the service it is attached to. I have tried deleting the entire project, the repo and the volumes multiple times and I have tried every region you offer but every time the result is the same...
Cannot migrate volumes between non-metal and metal regions. Please create a new volume instead.

Hey, did turning on the feature flag solve the issue? Non-metal to metal volume migrations are not documented yet as they have only been recently available if you have opted in for it via the metal volumes migration feature flag. In fact, pro plan non-metal to metal volume migrations have only been enabled today from what I know.
