Your MySQL - PATIO service is currently stuck in DEPLOYING status, with the last log showing the volume mount was initiated but no further progress. Your volume may be at or near 100% capacity, which can cause mount failures. Please check the volume's usage in the service settings. If it is full, you can use the Live Resize feature to expand it. If the volume is not full and the deployment remains stuck, you can cancel the current deployment from the Deployments tab (three-dot menu) and attempt a redeploy. Note that services with volumes will have brief downtime during redeployment since only one deployment can mount a volume at a time. Your ms-patio service also shows as CRASHED, which may be related to this database being unavailable.
