Hi! Need help — my service can't deploy after upgrading from

trial to Hobby plan.

Symptom: Image builds successfully but fails to publish to

container registry. Tried 8+ redeploys, same error each time.

Diagnosis tool says:

"The image built successfully four times across four different

builders, but the platform was unable to push it to the container

registry each time. No changes to your code or configuration

are needed."

Started right after I switched from trial → monthly Hobby plan.
