Your "Ivrit Trainer" project does have an existing service named "Landing", which is why the rename is blocked since service names must be unique within a project. It may not be visible on your canvas if it has no deployments in the Prod environment, but it exists at the project level. You can either delete or rename that existing "Landing" service first, then rename "charming-friendship" to "Landing".
