My NotesVault project is on the Hobby plan. It needs approximately 6.13 GB of persistent storage, but the volume is limited to 5 GB and no resize control appears in Settings. Can you help increase it to 10 GB without upgrading to Pro, and confirm the additional charges?

We understand 6.13 GB won't fit, but we don't offer volume size increases on the Hobby plan, so we can't raise this volume to 10 GB while the workspace stays on Hobby, and nothing extra will be charged for it. If you need more than 5 GB, the Pro plan has higher volume size limits.
