I got an email that states:
"You can reply to this email with thoughts/feedback on the changes we're making (…)"

but after I replied, I got auto mail delivery reply with error:
"Your message wasn't delivered to hello@news.railway.app because the domain news.railway.app couldn't be found"

that's definitely an outdated message as they no longer do communication over email, alternatively, more often than not they will create feedback posts for specific features - and these would have been mentioned in a changelog and can be also found pinned in the help station.
