I accidentally deleted the cache-volume volume and tried to recreate it with the same name, but I got an error saying the name is already occupied.

I also tried restoring the volume using the scheduled deletion email, but nothing happens when I attempt to restore it.

Is there any way to permanently delete the volume or successfully restore it so that I can reuse the name cache-volume?
