We can see "Build Logs" but cannot see "Deploy Logs" if health check fails.
However, to fix the issue of the health check, we need to see "Deploy Logs" (runtime logs).

Deploy logs should still be accessible even when a health check fails. (Might be a bug.)
You can view them through the Log Explorer by clicking the "Observability" tab in the top navigation—this shows logs for your entire environment and may capture output that isn't visible in the deployment panel. Alternatively, run railway logs from the command line, or click on the failed deployment and make sure you're on the "Deploy Logs" tab (not "Build Logs") in the deployment panel.
Can you do the above just to confirm that you can get see them for now?
