I'm using namecheap and privateemail provider. port is 465. It was working 10 hours ago, but stopped for some reason. When I'm running the exact same config locally it works. What could be the issue? I also contacted privateemail support and I haven't been blocked from their side

Hi. Please refer to our docs on this: https://docs.railway.com/reference/outbound-networking#email-delivery

SMTP is currently only allowed for users on Pro plan and above. It may have been usable by non-Pro users due to a slow rollout on our end.

If I have more than 1 service instances in my railway account, will I be able to have more than 1 assigned IP for each with PRO plan?

No, every region would only have 1 static IP.
