Getting an error message no matter how many times I try. Each time I'm getting charged for 1 USD and after a few minutes I have the money back.

just to reclarify, the reason it charges 1usd is just to check for fraud
the problem processing request does look funny to me though 🤔 let me think
In devtools I see there are some transaction IDs flying around when I try to upgrade so maybe that would help?

well i don't work for Railway, I'm just a moderator, so the transaction IDs wouldn't really be helpful to my directly
might be helpful to keep them on hand though in case the team needs it

Usually when it's an issue with the bank, it says that the card was declined and not Problem processing request, at least from what I know
