Make sure you're using a public TCP proxy, and not the default private url - see this thread for more info.

what domain are you trying to connect to? don't post the entire connection string, just the TLD of the domain

e.g.: ...autorack.rlwy.net or ...railway.internal

I have a feeling that you're trying to connect to an internal domain and well, that doesn't work for any device that's outside of the server room
