One of my teammates cant create an account. when he tried it said "signs ups are currently disabled. please try again later". We also tried to create an account using github and got the same result. When will account creation be operational again?

New signups are paused right now while we focus on reliability for existing customers after the October 21 incident, so your teammate will see that message whichever sign-up method he uses. We don't have a date for when signups will reopen. The latest is on the October 21 incident status page.
If your teammate already has a Railway account, he can still log in. He needs to use the same GitHub account, Google account or email address he originally signed up with. "Sign ups are currently disabled" appears when the login method he uses isn't linked to an existing account.

Signups have reopened, so your teammate can retry creating their account. The reopening currently requires a paid account to use Railway. Sorry for the delay.
