Cant create service from dockerhub

Im trying to create a zipkin deployment from docker hub, after entering the image name the service pops up in the dashboard but then disappears and it shows an alert Error: Staging Changes Invalid Patch

I refreshed the dashboard page a bunch but still the same, then I just re logged and it seems to fix my problem for now :/
