Your deployed services are running normally, so this is the dashboard canvas failing to render rather than anything affecting your app. To help us pin it down, could you open your browser's developer console while the projects page is loading and share any errors you see there, along with which browser you're on? In the meantime, a hard refresh (Cmd/Ctrl+Shift+R) or an incognito window often gets the canvas to load.
