I get connection refused events. Currently testing on staging env. you can have a look if needed

Only team members would be able to have a look, and unfortunately the team can't help unless this is a platform or billing issue, it would be neither.
Please provide full build and deploy logs so that the community can help you, as this would just be a configuration issue.
