cant subscribe hobby plan

when i registerred website give me 5 dollars for trial, u can see it in my profile,
when trial "free" 5dollars ended i want to subscribe hobby plan but website reuturns invoice for 5 dollars? why i need pay for this if in start it was trial not any plan, it was 5dollars for free?

the hobby plan costs 5$ per month, it comes with $5 worth of credits every month (that don't roll over) that are used towards resource usage.
