I've got a strange issue on all my projects in my default browser (Comet) where the canvas and deployment logs won't load for 1-2 minutes. Other screens load alright, though Observability is a bit slow to load and respond to clicks.
In Incognito mode it loads fine, in other browsers it loads fine so I've tried clearing everythign related to the site and disabling extensions but it still does this. It's a workaround but means having two browsers open or logging in each time, neither of which is ideal.
The console is full of osano.js errors:
Error: <svg> attribute viewBox: Expected number, "0 0 75% 20".
and these warnings (prob unrelated?):
The resource <URL> was preloaded using link preload but not used within a few seconds from the window's load event. Please make sure it has an appropriate as value and it is preloaded intentionally.
Anyway, it's not urgent but if you could figure out what's causing this when someone hasn't got any fires to put out, I'd massively appreciate it. Thanks all!

This happens for me quite often too. The canvas just does not load at all and I have to refresh a couple of times before it actually loads. This is Safari on Macos 26

Does a refresh work consistently (i.e. if you get that screen, refreshing always fixes it)? Do you have any content blockers active?

No refreshing does not work consistently, it really seems random. Disabling content blocker also does not seem to have an effect.

Hmm. I'm unable to reproduce this at all across various projects and multiple attempts on Safari / macOS 26.1.
Can you share how you're browsing to the project when this happens? Did you click a direct link or just browsed into it through the dashboard?

It happens when i go from e.g. https://railway.com/dashboard and then click on a project (it happens on every project). And when i am on a project page an i refresh the page, and also when i go directly to a project page (from my bookmarks for example). If i use the project dropdown in top left on a project page to switch to another project, it does load, but not always..

Actually I've been running into the same issue. Was working totally fine until today, the canvas just won't load. Many refreshes, no joy. (Windows 11 25H2)
