Architecture not loading at all, I have not seen the Architecture for the whole day, are there any problems with the platform?

canvas is not loading at all. I cannot edit specific settings or understand what happened wrong during build logs. When is this getting resolved?

We are looking into this and suspect it has something to do with network requests being blocked. Some questions that would really help us get this resolved
- Does the /dashboard or /account pages work?
- Is it every project? or just a single project?
- Would you be able to screenshot the browser console and network tab (specifically any failed requests)
Answers to any of these would be greatly appreciated

That seems to be the right path. For me dashboard and account pages works. It takes long only when loading the canvas on a project. Im seeing a websocket hanging wss://backboard.railway.com/lww/ and some errors regarding stripe. Blocked a frame with origin "https://railway.com" from accessing a frame with origin "https://js.stripe.com". Protocols, domains, and ports must match.
Although status is ok from luminaire, the canvas hangs.

The backboard.railway.com/lww url is necessary for the canvas so whatever is blocking this is the issue. Do you see any errors or anything? Or just fully stuck on pending indefinitely? You might also be able to see any messages being sent through that websocket?

No error aside from the ones mentioned. Just fully stuck pending indefinitely, sometimes after minutes finally loads, but not every time. All projects and Im using MacOS 26.3 and this happens on both Chrome and Safari. I mean, it's useable after waiting or reloading, but sometimes it gets a little bit frustrating. Aside from that Railway is awesome. Hope this helps 🙂

roicort we've pushed a few changes that might help. When you get a chance can you see if the canvas renders faster. If not, can you refresh the page with the network devtools open filtered to "internal" and share a screenshot. Would be greatly appreciated 😄

That helped! The canvas now renders faster (really faster), thank you for your time and effort! (Minor issue, groups are gone, but that's not blocking or anything)

We're still investigating this. A fix was deployed recently that improved load times for some users, but we know it hasn't resolved the issue for everyone.

This is a known issue we're actively working on. Your deployments are unaffected, only the dashboard canvas view is impacted. In the meantime, you can access build and deploy logs via the Railway CLI using railway logs.
