Everything is slow says canvas loading slowly etc. I tried everything but can't get it to load or even logs properly. Any ideas?

Your services are all running normally, so this is limited to the dashboard UI. We're seeing intermittent slowness with the project canvas for some users right now and are working on it. In the meantime, try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac) or opening the project in an incognito window to rule out stale cached assets.
