Card issue + invoice cancelation

Hey,
I am trying to purchase a subscription-based hobby plan. I am physically located in Europe, but have a card issued in Hong Kong. I have attempted to make the purchase, but it's failing without any reason. I have contacted my bank, and there are no transaction attempts.
I decided to try the prepaid option, and it failed too. But now, I want to try paying with my Europe card. However, it says I have an outstanding invoice for $20, which your system generated while I was trying the prepaid option.
Could you please cancel the invoice, and I will try to resubscribe again.
