DNS for www.ehshelpdesk.com is correct and propagated (Railway shows the record as PROPAGATED), but the certificate

has been stuck in VALIDATING_OWNERSHIP for hours across multiple attempts. Can you manually retry/clear the stuck

certificate for this custom domain on your end? I suspect a Let's Encrypt back-off from earlier re-adds

You need to add a TXT record for _railway-verify.www.ehshelpdesk.com. If you are using the API to add your custom domain, you can find it in verificationToken under status.
