Mine certificate validation is stuck with railway where as everything is set up correctly domain already propogated aswell

Your DNS and domain verification are both correct and the challenge path is healthy. The certificate order that failed cannot be retried on the same authorization, so a fresh order is needed. In your service's Settings, under Networking, the domain row shows a "Try Again" button that starts a new certificate order. Press that now and the new attempt should succeed with your records in place.
