I pointed a subdomain of two different domains to this service, with different DNS providers, one of them is working since a few minutes later but the second one is still in Certificate Authority is validating challenges for 3hr and it is a production enviroment :)
For now adviced the users to use the other url but i need this one certified as soon as possible too.
Is there something where i can help or i ONLY can wait up to 3 days?

Your DNS is correctly configured and verified for the stuck domain, but the certificate issuance workflow stalled. We've re-triggered certificate issuance for it, which should complete within a few minutes.
