Subject: Custom domain stuck on "Issuing certificate" for 2+ hours (loopagent.run)
Hi, my custom domain has been stuck with certificateStatus = CERTIFICATE_STATUS_TYPE_ISSUING since 2026-09-10 23:47 UTC and the site shows NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID in the browser.

Domains: loopagent.run (custom domain id e0f934f2-cc08-40a3-a255-89722955d1d0) and www.loopagent.run (bfbbff64-0e89-4a80-8006-9c096c2e9265)
The domain was purchased inside Railway (Railway Domains, nameservers ns1kpv/ns2cvx/ns3gnv/ns4fpy.name.com). Railway created the DNS records itself: ANAME @ -> 0of7mxql.up.railway.app, CNAME www -> mhzfd3m3.up.railway.app, plus the _railway-verify TXT records. All records resolve publicly (checked via 8.8.8.8) and the dashboard shows DNS_RECORD_STATUS_PROPAGATED. There is no CAA record on the domain.
What I already tried: waited ~1.5 hours, called customDomainIssueCertificate for both domains, then deleted and re-added both custom domains (new IDs above). Still "Issuing". Another domain bought the same way (claudeploy.fun, project claudeploy) got its certificate normally.
Could you check why certificate issuance is not completing for loopagent.run and www.loopagent.run? Thanks.

Your DNS and domain verification are both correct. The certificate issuance workflow stalled after verification passed, so we have started a certificate re-issue for both domains, which should complete within a few minutes.
