Your CNAME record is correctly propagated, but the TXT ownership-verification record is missing entirely. Certificates cannot issue until both records are in place. In your Cloudflare DNS, add a TXT record with the name _railway-verify.www and the value shown in the domain's settings under "Show DNS Records" in the Railway dashboard. Once it propagates, verification and certificate issuance will resume automatically.
