Your domain stats.green is verified, but the CNAME record is not pointing to us. Public DNS shows an A record (151.101.2.15) instead of a CNAME to vl8out0g.up.railway.app, and nameservers are currently ns1.dns-parking.com / ns2.dns-parking.com which appear to be Hostinger parking nameservers rather than active DNS. You need to set a CNAME record for stats.green pointing to vl8out0g.up.railway.app (or an ALIAS/flattened CNAME equivalent if your provider requires it for root domains). The certificate will not issue until this record is correctly propagated.
