I want to change an account but if i want to transfer my projects i need proplan in both acounts, I just want one account with proplan and delete the other.

Hey, you don't need pro plan on both accounts to transfer a project. You can transfer the project to somewhere else, as long as you have the necessarily permission to do so (invite yourself to your workspace). For example, I am an admin of a pro plan workspace and can therefore transfer the project to my hobby workspace. I can also transfer my hobby project to the pro plan workspace where I have been invited to (with the role admin).
