i'd like to change hosting from USA to Niderlland. I did it in settings, but i see that ip still is from USA. How to chancge it to NL?

Changing the region in service settings takes effect on the next deployment, so you need to redeploy your service after updating the region to EU West (Amsterdam, Netherlands). The new deployment will run in the selected region, but note that the public IP address is not guaranteed to reflect the region since Railway uses shared infrastructure for routing.
