I want to upgrade my payment mode from monthly payment to yearly payment.

Hello,
Unfortunately, Railway does not offer annual payment plans at this time.
The alternative would be to cancel your current pay as you go plan and load however many credits you think you may need for a year.

How do I calculate and load the credits that I need in a year

See how much your monthly billing is and then multiply that by 12, I would then recommend adding some additional credits to account for variation in usage. It'll be hard to account for scaling with this though but you can always load your account with more credits when needed.
