Hey, so i want to change my plan from the 20$ one to the 5$ one as i am not using all 20$ worth of credits but my billing date was 2 days bays and now i cannot change the plan and a invoice has been issued.

Your workspace is currently in a past-due state because the latest $20 invoice (created June 1) has a pending payment that requires action, likely 3D Secure authentication. You can complete the payment at your billing page, and once that invoice is settled, you can downgrade to Hobby from the Plans page. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
