Hi team,
I wanted to the upgrade the acccount to the PAYG usage based billing option but chose the HObby plan by mistake. Is there an option to revert to PAYG model?

Yes you can - https://docs.railway.app/reference/pricing/faqs#how-do-i-switch-between-hobby-plan-billing-models
TL;DR - It's not easy.
But please know that whatever billing model you choose, they cost the exact same, you don't save any money from being on the pay as you go payment plan and it's more of a hassle since you have to remember to load credits otherwise your services get shut down instantly.
