Change the Default Time Zone in n8n CE to Central US

I realize this must be an easy one but appreciate guidence. I am running an instance of n8n Community Edition which defaults to Eastern US time zone in n8n. How or where do I locate the settings change or add/change variable to change the default time zone value in n8n to Central US?

Please check n8n's documentation on how to set it. It might involve setting an environment variable on your service.
