I had a pro plan for some time but it was way too much than what I needed. I cancelled the pro plan (because there is no downgrade option!) and signed up for the hobby plan. The system however, resubscribed me to the pro plan again! No, I did not click pro, I clicked Hobby! All my projects are down and all I can do is to request a refund? Man, really bad experience. Extra work, because system doesn't work properly? Why is there no downgrade options? One needs to cancel pro, let all projects go down because there is 0 grace period in order to choose a lower tier plan and find out that the system resubscribes you into the higher plan again! Please fix and restore my projects.
