Changing mongo deployment to metal and when was my app moved?

is moving my db not an option yet?
my billing went up by like 25% despite having no real change in usage.
all I have is a mongoDB and a node app, it transferred the node app to metal automatically (not sure when) and now says I only have 4% of metal usage and Ineligible for that discount.
when was it moved automatically? can I move my db to it as well?

Ok found the general setting for the DB, my bad.
but when were apps automatically moved to metal? just so i get the precentage part right
