Nope! Speeds for all regions should be the same right now. The only outlier for that is US West which is current experimenting on builder v3, so that may be faster than the others.
With that being said, it's generally recommended to build on the same region you deploy. It's pretty hard to get it not to do that as well.

actually I mean the database deployed on US West is so slow compare to the Asia. Response from both are different

I changed the region of backend and frontend both to Asia but data base is in US west .

That is not recommended. Your speeds will be significantly slower if you use multiple regions.

It will not. All data will be transferred automatically.
