Changing your account email does not transfer projects to another person. To hand a project to someone else, add them as a member in the project's settings first, then use the three-dot menu next to their name and select "Transfer Ownership" (they will receive a 24-hour confirmation email). Your account currently does not have two-factor authentication enabled, which is required to initiate a transfer, so you will need to enable 2FA from your account security settings before you can start. The recipient must also have their own workspace on an active Hobby or Pro plan to accept the transfer.
