I created my account today and received a charge on my credit card for $5... even though I had the $5 free trial....
I want to request a refund...

Hello,
We do not have any invoices attached to the account you opened this help thread with, you do not have a credit card attached either, so we would have no way to charge you anything to begin with.
Perhaps you have another account?

What happens is that I delete my account and I didn't request a refund before...

Thank you for the added information.
You would not be seeing any refund buttons because the invoice is tied to your old account.
I am now able to pull up the invoice going via your email instead of your Railway account.
Would you like me to proceed with that refund?

The refund can take 5 - 10 days to show back up on your original payment method.

Oh, actually my intention was to receive the refund, but I went the wrong way...
I thought that by deleting the account the refund would be done "automatically".
I deleted my account because I'm not going to configure my project now... I'll just do it in the future...
