After upgrading to Pro plan (because of Metal discount eligible), I added two additional seats, but was just charged full price for these.
I'm wondering if the Stripe proration from upgrading plan has complicated things or if I'm misunderstanding the seat pricing eligibility. Thanks

Hello,
It was quite bad timing, but you were not eligible the moment the last invoice was created, partially because you still have some services on non-metal.
But I've gone ahead and added some credits to your workspace for the confusion, though, please do go put those two services on metal!
