but I contact my bank and they said I got billed with that ammount instead of refund

that looks like a refund to me, if you where charged wouldnt it show - USD 6.41

it should have a negative sign if that would be a refund

my credit limit was deducted with that amount

Negative sign means you where charged, no sign means its money back
